Your dumbells seem a bit weak in comparison to the rest of your lifts, do you not do them much? An old training partner who was benching 155 or so could do the 50s for 7 which is why I ask!
I find them really hard work, my old training partners were big believers in them though and they were strong. One of them still is, but the other's just a fat good for nothing now.

Euhm, he did shoulder presses with the dumbells, not benchpresses... strict overhead press 3x 2db of 52,5 is not so bad i think, but maybe i am wrong and you already saw he did strict shoulder presses...

No I did mean seated overhead dumbell press and yes I'm not saying 52.5kgx3 is weak, anything but!!
Just seems lower in comparison to Neil's other pressing exercises.

Hey guys, its been over a year maybe even two years since i did seated dumbell press so you can say i'm rusty as hell with them, and so going to get them back in the mix as i forgot how much i like them
Training from today
RE Deadlift

220kg x 4
Triedmy deadlift suit today on these reps and video'd the first set think i will need to get half an inc take in on each side in the hips as its perfect in the leg
220kg x 1
250kg x 1 small hitch but i think the back was relly tired after the reps and it was startening to stiffen up
280kg x f not worried about this at all
