27/11/07 first session of new cycle
RE deadlift with 15KG plates so about 3 inches lower than normal
50kg x 4
120kg x 6
140kg x 6
180kg x 5
200kg x 4

DE spquats Speed to box below parrallel no belt
70kg x 4
130kg x 3
140kg x 3
150kg x 3
160kg x 3
160kg x 3

cable side oush downs for obliques
3 sets of 15 on each side with 20kg's

hyper extensions
BW 3 sets of 10

Rack deadlift was really felling tired now
220kg x 3
260kg x 3
280kg x 1
260kg x 2

good mornings
70kg x 6
100kg x 8
100kg x 10

felt good after this but very tired think i need to eat just a tad more pre training. but still a good atsrt to the new cycle in my mind.

stiff leg deadlifts, worked upto 140 after my original deadlift

try hyper extensions and good mornings to also romanian deadlift if a good 1 for technique and lower back

romanian and sldl are the sae arent they?

i tried gm's and they didnt work, i cudnt do them with just the bar without the bar banging me on the back of the head!

thats on really good exercise also you can do glut ham raises on that bench. sadly we dont have this type of bench but i'll come up with something to simulate it at the gym i go too
