An old training partner who was benching 155 or so could do the 50s for 7 which is why I ask! I find them really hard work, my old training partners were big believers in them though and they were strong. One of them still is, but the other's just a fat good for nothing now. | ||

Euhm, he did shoulder presses with the dumbells, not benchpresses... strict overhead press 3x 2db of 52,5 is not so bad i think, but maybe i am wrong and you already saw he did strict shoulder presses... | ||
