Had to start a log up to stop Ed stalking me
Been on here for a bit and thought i better start one. I've done a few under 90 comps now and am looking forward to being able to train without any lay offs like i have had to have in the last 2 years. That said i got a new sprog on the way in sept so i am probably speaking to soon.

Experimented with a wider stance than normal on these and it still felt awkward. Squatting needs a lot of work just to get back to where i was.
front squats

3sets of burpees 1 min with 1 min rest in between
Not a bad session but still got a lot of work to do on my twiglet legs.

Very quick session tonight as i was going to do log but my bicep is still feeling sore from the weekend so thought i would press from the rack.

jump squats felt good not done these since i gave up cicuit training went to bed with legs that felt like they had been inflated with a bicycle pump
