Ha ha just as you were typing that sally my wife went into labour and my beautiful baby daughter was born at 1.33am. She was 8 days early and born on my dads birthday which was very emotuonal for me as it's 2 yeras since he passed away. Not gonna be training much for now but i plan to come back in 2011 with a bit more fire in my belly.

Mr Smalls- the comp had a few problems but on the whole it was a good day now that craigmanc is on board it should be better next year, one more thing it's CHUMP not CHAMPGrin
