I've done a few under 90 comps now and am looking forward to being able to train without any lay offs like i have had to have in the last 2 years. That said i got a new sprog on the way in sept so i am probably speaking to soon. 25/5/10 Back squats 60x5 110x5 140x3 140x3 140x3 110x5 Experimented with a wider stance than normal on these and it still felt awkward. Squatting needs a lot of work just to get back to where i was. front squats 60x5 80x5 100x2 Not done these for a while and it felt like it. 3sets of burpees 1 min with 1 min rest in between Not a bad session but still got a lot of work to do on my twiglet legs. | ||

Log 80x2x8 All from floor working on tech felt quite comfortable. deadlifts 60x5 100x5 140x5 180x5 200x1 was hoping for more but legs were fried Had to give stones a miss due to bicep. not a bad session but need more focus next week spent too much time pissing about. | ||

Another really quick session due to not getting out to train till 10. jump squats felt good not done these since i gave up cicuit training went to bed with legs that felt like they had been inflated with a bicycle pump | ||

Farmers 70x20m 90x20m 110x20m then barrell carry(not sure of weight but felt fooking heavy) could only manage 10m Tyre flip 350x3 Log 65x5 75x3 95x2(pathetic) 18" Deadlift Can't remember warm up sets. 230x8 10m Medley barrell large rubber block chain 5m 100kg tyre Fail Totally ran out of steam on this one. | ||
