Member 663, 312 posts SQ 252.5, BP 185, DL 265702.5 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | 19/5/10 not trained for a bit so get back into week 3 1x5 125kg 1x3 142.5kg 1x2 160kg slow and hard work but done dumbell incline press 1x8 35kg 1x8 42kg 1x5 53kg 1x8 42kg hard to get the balance and theres that shoulder pain! New toy in the gym is a tractor tyre apparently bigger that the one in wales strongest man but prob lighter. Fliped it for a bit good fun! pressed 96kg barrel floor to overhead luckily on first go as would have struggled on 2nd attempt | ||

Member 663, 312 posts SQ 252.5, BP 185, DL 265702.5 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | 21/5/10 week 3 squats warm up 1x5 100kg 1x5 140kg 1x5 185kg 1x3 210kg 1x3 235kg hot in the gym so not too bad and rep pb good mornings 1x5 100kg 1x5 140kg 1x5 180kg 1x2 180kg weight was no prob but our bar has very little knurling and wouldnt stay in place so enough some back raises | ||

Less shoulder pain so not all bad 60kg keg 1x6 alternate shoulders from floor 1x6 clean and press 1x6 alt shoulder for floor 1x8 clean and press done mainly for bit of cardio and mix it up a bit 1 arm tyre flip. good session | ||
