Yes Pete, they are on their way! looked at the safe ones and they were good but i have bowed the weight of chinese weightlifting success and got a pair of do winnsGrin looking forward to breaking them in.thanks mate will need a different excuse now

42kg dumbell step ups. there was a funny wheezing noise throughout which will hopefully get less.

Excellent news. Just take your time getting the weights back up to what they were. No rush, get the technique right and the weights will follow.
