Raw,squats wont damage the knees if done properly?

Sleeves ? which ones ?

Wraps? which ones ?

My knees are currently fairly pain free and I'd like them to stay that way.

Seen this come up in another thread but thought it was worthy of a new thread to avoid clogging up the other one.

I'm not sure wraps actually 'protect' the knee TBH

Certainly doesn't feel like it when you have the f**kers on

Squat with good form.

Keep yourself flexible enough to squat with good form.

Get plenty of rest.

So are we saying it's down to luck ? or that squatting will f**k your knees period ? or am I missing the joke?

Sorry I have sand in my vagina. I'm just off to work and not full of the Friday feeling.

I'm having my first weekend off since Jan, so feeling quite giddy and not much constructive use to, well, anyone really. That said, I'm only a small cog in the Sugden machine. I cant speak for everyone elseConfused
