i train alone 99% of the time and if your sensible and dont overdue risky maneuvers they you can be safe. thing might take longer to achieve but IMO your ar better off for it

i train alone for most of my gym sessions no distractions!

i just keep my mobile on the floor so if i have a terrible accident i can still crawl to it and call an ambulanceGrin

i used to train alone and its toss. Since ive been training with a partner ive had the best gains since I was a bigginer

i have been in both camps and im with JC !

yes, its more convinient , and progression can be made , but strength sports ? you need like mainded people to push you further than you would go on your own ... a compromise can be met though , but if im gonna compete next year , i aint gonna be doing it from full time shed sessions

I rarely train alone but the times when i do i notice a difference because ive not got someone there willing me on or calling me a lazy f**king wa**er if i try and cheat myself out of the last rep or PB.

I do my gym sessions by my self; my time!!! Almost always done gym stuff by myself; I also have my own Oly weights and power rack, so I train straight from work and don't have to wait around, getting tired waiting to start. But my events are with the boys which for me is a must.

I get through more on my own - I end up talking to everyone for most of the session if I train with others...I would look even more of a c**t if I talked to myself so I just get on with it when I'm on my own!
