as crimson as my last victims underclothing..... Member 899, 11385 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | 15 minutes vario trainer 15 minutes recumbant bike 5 sets of 5 reps speed squats with 40kg 3 sets of 18 reps walking lunges. I do the lunges slowly and very controlled. OBSERVATION My gyms changing room is MASSIVE. Like 400 large full size lockers massive. I've noticed something. And what I have noticed is going to make me sound like an absolute nuthouse. Like, lock this guy in a padded cell kinda nuts. Every time i finish training, I go to the changing room and there's a handful of people there or 3 people in it so I go to my locker. The next coupel of people who come in to get changed are both the locker either side of me or the one directly below me. This happens maybe 3 or 4 out of 5 days of the week and I go to a new area of the changing room every day I'm in. Another thing that happens is... 2 days of the week I take my car. I just googled it and the car park has over 1500 spaces in it. I park pretty randomly. Sometimes close to the gym, sometimes at the far end. All six times I've taken my car, when I leave, the people who walked out the gym behind me have gotten in the cars either side of me or one beside me and one behind me. The car park is big, but it isn't busy. Most people park there to go to work for the day. It's rare that anyone is in the car park when I leave the gym also. Maybe one person within viewing distance apart from the people who leave behind me. I've been trying to work out why this happens for a while now. It happens in the supermarket too. I get followed up and down the isles. Of course, people go up and down the isles normally, so what's the strange bit? They stand beside me the whole time, miss out what I miss and look at things where I'm standing. Because it sounds so f**king nutzo, I asked my partner as well as colleagues and frinds to be aware of the person following us and to "Watch this". When it's a guy, I go to the feminine hygeine products and they follow me. I stop and pick up a box of tampons or sanitary towels. They look around really awkwardly, shifting back and forth on their feet quickly like they don't know where to go, then they leave. This is consistent behaviour. I've asked my friends, family, colleagues to watch it happen. They ask how I knew it would happen. It's because it's consistent. Well there's my crackpot note of the day. Come back regularly for more bizarre s**t. I'm in the process of saving up for a discreet chest cam that I can not only stream with on my Twitch channel, but record this bizarre s**t from (Excluding the changing room, of course)

I was quite ill but I have some news regarding it. I'm 42 years old now. Not old by normal standards but my body took some punishment. Yeah we were on Cagewarriors haha. I used to train under Paul McVeigh who was once their lightweight Champion for quite some time. 45 is wild. We're getting super old haha. So this is the news. About 4 weeks ago, I was sleeping 16 hours a day and was exhausted all the time. I had been that way for literal years. If I walked to the shop, I had to come home and sleep after it. I couldn't finish my 3 hour shift at work etc. Not only that, but I caught a virus. They normally linger in me for about 3 months or so until the doctor gives me something to kill them off. Not this time though. The virus hit me for 4 days and disappeared. I woke up one morning after 8 hours sleep needing a piss. I was going to go back to bed for another 8 hours like I normally do but I didn't need to. I watched some Dragonball Z and went to work like normal around 4pm and I didn't get out of breath walking up the stairs. I wasn't breathing heavy and I wasn't sweating either. I felt fine. I put it down to a rare good day, it was the best good day I'd had in a couple of years. I normally go to bed around 9pm but I was fine. I went to bed at 10pm......woke up at 6am. Felt fine. Felt fresh. That doesn't happen. This happened for a week where I felt ok. Highly unusual, so I called my doctor. The doctor said ride the wave, so I did. I got a gym membership and went in on my first day. For many years, I had 20 minutes in me, then I'd crash for 3 hours. Not that day though. 20 minutes came and went. I was fine. Did another 20 minutes, was fine. Was beginning to think that I might be ok. For 2 weeks now I have been fine. I have been training. I've been training HARD. My illness seems to have somehow left me? I'd come to believing that I'd be ill until I died, but I think somehow I might have been given a second chance at something. I am NOT squandering it. I've been so ill for so long that I understand my body will be soft, so I am doing a loooong slow build up of controlled strength and effort with a primary focus on getting my cardiovascular abilities back, and protecting my joints. I remember that when Mr Boar hit his 40s, he said it was about maintaining the chariot that will carry him to old age. I will continue my Journal Henceforth. Also as Mr Boar would say......ONWAAAARDS! What you describe has close parallels to what I've being going through, albeit a bit more extreme. Get your kidney function checked, mate. My high blood glucose caused high blood pressure which caused multiple issues including kidney damage, which is the root cause of my fatigue. All the best, and thanks for your kind words.

All the best, and thanks for your kind words. Thank you. I do have high blood glucose and high blood pressure. I'll bring this up at the doctors and see if they can do anything for me. Fatigue is the worst thing I've ever experienced. You just can't get anything done and it spills over to every single aspect of your life. I do have a bad liver already, so ot only makes sense that other parts of me will be falling to bits hahaha

Yeah it's like they're drawn to be in the personal space of other people by nature. At first I thought I was going absolutely whackadoodle, but other people confirmed it. I also run a little "experiment" where I walked faster or walked at a funeral precession pace. I noticed that if you walk fast, people will veer towards you off their path and get bodychecked by you.Thankfully physics wins every time at 120kg plus. If you walk slowly, people don't do this. Very interesting social observations!
