KNEES TOGETHER SQUAT
1 set of 12 reps with 100kg (3 or 4 reps up)
1 set of 2 reps with 120kg

BARBELL STRICT.
2 sets of 10 reps with 50kg
1 set of 4 reps with 60kg
1 single with 70kg

PUSH PRESS
2 sets of 6 reps with 70kg
1 single with 80kg
1 single with 85kg

SINGLE ARM DUMBELL PRESS.
2 sets of 5 reps per side with 20kg.

I took Monday off because I felt like I was going to faint all day. Felt pretty rough today but decided to do a set and see where it went.

So, the health wasn't so great for a while.
Have had test after test done to me and as it turns out, my bloody cholestorol, blood sugar and blood pressure are very high. They were hiding behind a resting heart rate of 55 to 65 bpm.

That amongst other things has led to me being advised to avoid heavy weight training for the meantime.

Instead, I've been advised to take up cardio. Swimming specifically.
So for the meantime, the Sugden log is on hold.
