Pause DB bench press:

55 x 7F - left one came out of line
55 x 8

These have regressed. I think it’s because I’ve stopped doing the shoulder strengthening exercises twice a week (bands, rotator cuff stuff).

Db incline :

47.5 x 8,8,8 (last set paused)

Seated DB lat raise:

10 x 16,16,16 2:00

Had 2 hours of sleep after my last squat session. These were ragged as expected given the circumstances. But if I can do 10 at 182 like this, then 190+ is there fresh

Tried to pause the last set and while they were definitely more controlled that way, only the final rep was actually paused
