McGill Big 3 Weighted Abs - 16kg x 10 x 3 sets 24kg Kettlebell Side Bends x 10 x 3 sets 24kg Kettlebell Pass around the body x 10 x 3 sets in each direction Isometric Back Extendions for 20 seconds with a 10kg weight Neck Harness - 20kg x 10 x 3 sets That cable leg press is so much harder than a plate loaded one!?!? Pullups with various grips: 5 x 5 sets Band Resisted Lat Pulldowns: 50kg + Doubled Minis x 10 x 5 sets https://www.instagram.com/p/CGu7YcvgTAo/?igshid=7teb6fmcuskg CSRs: 40kg x 8 x 3 sets. Upper back was fried after the pulldowns. Marched on the treadmill on an incline, until I had done 1,000 calories - took 66 minutes. Abs and stretching and rolling. | ||
