Some people get more active. No sleep, then I would crash. Every time I trained, I felt weak and not wanting to rep.then..... I was on a mission to change for the better, then I did and things got better then ever remarried blah blah then it got worse then it got even better than before. NOW I am not aware of what’s going on with the misses. Only to have trickles of unexplained phenomena. Either she’s from planet Zeemar or I was dropped as a child! Run my friend Run the wind...now

Lying Leg Curls - 40kg x 25 rep cluster set

Leg Extensions - 110kg x 25 rep cluster set

Cable Leg Press - 140kg x 25 rep cluster set

Lunges - 2 x 30 metre sets leaning forward and touching my toes with the 7.5kg dumbbells.

McGill Big 3

Weighted Abs - 16kg x 10 x 3 sets

24kg Kettlebell Side Bends x 10 x 3 sets

24kg Kettlebell Pass around the body x 10 x 3 sets in each direction

Isometric Back Extendions for 20 seconds with a 10kg weight

Neck Harness - 20kg x 10 x 3 sets

That cable leg press is so much harder than a plate loaded one!?!? It felt like 240kg on a plate loaded Leg Press

Weighted Pull-ups up to 32.5kg.

Pullups with various grips: 5 x 5 sets

Band Resisted Lat Pulldowns:

50kg + Doubled Minis x 10 x 5 sets

CSRs: 40kg x 8 x 3 sets. Upper back was fried after the pulldowns.

Marched on the treadmill on an incline, until I had done 1,000 calories - took 66 minutes.

Abs and stretching and rolling.

Massive ROM on this machine. Handles came down below my shoulders
