Back Squat Jump (Full Squat): 5 x 3 reps, X0X0, 60s rest

Barbell Deadlift (Clean Grip from floor, Chains): 5 x 5 reps, X2X1, 90s rest: 100kg + 50kg of chain.

Supposed to be Back Squat (High Bar, Oly Style): 3 x 5 reps, 5050, 180s rest. But, tempo concentric irritates my knee.

So did: SSB Squat: 3 x 5 reps, 5010, 180s rest. 80kg + chain

Incline Back Extension (DB Across Collarbone): 3 x reps, 3011, 75s rest: 10kg dumbbell.

TKEs x 50

Top End Leg Extensions: 20 x 3 sets

Went to Asgard Fitness in Newmarket.

It is top f**king draw.

Safety Squat Bar, Cambered Bar, Axle, Log, Bumper Plates, Calibrated Plates, Belt Squat Machine, Weighted Medicine Balls up to 95kg, Watson Gym Machines and Dumbbells, Prowler Area, Viking Press.

Cambered Bar Squats:

105kg + 40kg of chain - 2 x 6 sets

Belt Squat Machine:

Never used one before. Its nails.

60kg x 5 x 6 sets

DB Overhead Press up to 45kg.

Viking Press up to 120kg

think you have to ask the guy to open it if you want to use the kit. they have pretty much everything you need there from what I saw - yoke, farmers, tyres etc.

Worked up to 3 reps on a 30" box.

Axle Clean and Press:

40kg x 2
50kg x 2
60kg x 2

1 Clean, 2 Presses: EMOM for 10 minutes with 70kg

Axle OH Press against mini bands:

50kg x 5 x 3 sets

Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns: 90kg x 6 x 3 sets

Straight Arm Pressdowns: 20kg x 10 x 3 sets

Double D Handle Triceps Pressdowns: 30kg x 10, 8, 8

Rotator Cuff cables: 15 x 3 sets per side

TKEs: 50 per side

Top End Leg Extensions: 30 reps

Barbell Deadlift (Clean Grip from floor, Banded): 100kg x 3 x 8 sets X4X1

These were very hard, as the four count pause at the bottom of each rep was very taxing.

SSB Squat: 102.5kg x 5 x 3 sets, 32X0

Back Extension (DB Across Collarbone): 10, 8 reps, 40X0

TKEs: 50 per leg

Top End Leg Extensions: 20 x 2 sets
