Supposed to be Back Squat (High Bar, Oly Style): 3 x 5 reps, 5050, 180s rest. But, tempo concentric irritates my knee. So did: SSB Squat: 3 x 5 reps, 5010, 180s rest. 80kg + chain Incline Back Extension (DB Across Collarbone): 3 x reps, 3011, 75s rest: 10kg dumbbell. TKEs x 50 Top End Leg Extensions: 20 x 3 sets | ||

Safety Squat Bar, Cambered Bar, Axle, Log, Bumper Plates, Calibrated Plates, Belt Squat Machine, Weighted Medicine Balls up to 95kg, Watson Gym Machines and Dumbbells, Prowler Area, Viking Press. Cambered Bar Squats: 105kg + 40kg of chain - 2 x 6 sets Belt Squat Machine: Never used one before. Its nails. 60kg x 5 x 6 sets DB Overhead Press up to 45kg. Viking Press up to 120kg Band Pulls | ||
