Last time i did this exercise i was using 320kg for this week and finished the cycle with 370 x 3.

Carrying about a stone of extra bw and can't decide how i feel about it. On the 1 hand my conditioning is dreadful on the other hand f**k me I'm strong.
The 270 is a double PB (heaviest pause I've done and heaviest beltless squat I've done) and tbh it was fairly comfy. On a bar with less whip I'd probably have gone heavier.
