There are NO 1.25kg plates in Cyprus, so I will just bend some leftover rebar steel weighing 1.25kg each. Spent 3 sessions last week doing 4x9@70-75% Today 40kg x 9 70kg x 5 75kg x 9 75kg x 9 75kg x 9 75kg x 9 - probably harder than it should have been, but at least this means I eat like a pig to ensure I am getting strong enough quickly enough Seated rows 4x10 | ||

I tried and I could only get drive out of one leg, so didn't use any. Diet not been amazing these past 1-2 days, not been eating much so didn't know if I would get all the reps. First rep paused on all sets. 40kg x 7 60kg x 7 80kg x 7 90kg x 7 90kg x 7 90kg x 7 90kg x 7 90kg x 7 - maybe another set or two there, doubt there was another rep in the tank on the last set. Had I had some leg drive for these sets, there might have been. Who knows. | ||
