He messaged me at 7:47 with a photo of him taking a Tom Tit. Got to the gym for 8:10, got ready by 8:20. Finished warming up around 8:35. 25 minutes to train. Knee sleeves on Back squat 50kg x 5 80kg x 3 100kg x 3 120kg x 1 130kg x 1 135kg x 10 belted. Legs started going numb, struggled to breathe because belt. Had a lay down on the floor for a bit to recover Front squat 60kg x 1 70kg x 1 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 107.5kg x 5. Nice increase over last time, maybe most I have done for a while. Double counted, pretty sure it was 107.5kg! Put weights away. Home time. | ||
