180 x 1, couldn't hold on hook grip, had to go mixed

Bench wasn't ideal with my shoulder. 80kg close grip still didn't feel great on flat or decline, so left it

nothing yet...but have filled the beds with topsoil today and will be getting the greenhouse and some compost/ potting compost next weekend so all guns blazing from then mate.

Training partner was supposed to pick me up at 7:45. He messaged me at 7:47 with a photo of him taking a Tom Tit.
Got to the gym for 8:10, got ready by 8:20. Finished warming up around 8:35. 25 minutes to train.

Knee sleeves on

135kg x 10 belted. Legs started going numb, struggled to breathe because belt. Had a lay down on the floor for a bit to recover

Front squat

107.5kg x 5. Nice increase over last time, maybe most I have done for a while. Double counted, pretty sure it was 107.5kg!

Put weights away.

Went to the gym on my own. 3 girls with epic booties wanted to squat, so I thought they probably know how to, and said join in, I take long enough to finish anyway Wink Thank God they didn't, because not one of them knew how to squat with an empty bar at all. Proof that glutes are mainly genetics.
