135kg x 3 on women's bar

Deadlift
205kg x 1, used more thinner plates instead of bumpers on the inside - tough. Long hold at top - about 5 seconds?

90kg x 1 - shoulder hurting at top of lift on all these

Triceps
5 sets of 15

Seated biceps

VERY long paused back squat, atg. 5 seconds in hole
135kg x 1, plus 2 regular squats, no belt
137.5kg as above
140kg x 1, plus 1 back squat

Front squat up to a challenging 135kg x 1

Snatch grip high pulls

70kg x 5 reverse grip as shoulder wasn't happy with regular grip

Weds 4th - very light shoulder session

Seated db press - about 5 or 6 sets with 10, 12.5 and 15kg for 20 reps

Side raise - 4 sets with 2.5s and 5s for 15-20 reps

Front raise - 4-5 sets light, 12ish reps

Seated rows - up to stack. 5 sets total with butterfly and football type bar

Lots of rolling with my own aggressive foam roller

137.5kg x 1 Paused at the bottom - max

Deadlift
217.5kg. Came up OK, held at top for about 10-15 seconds until I put it down. Bar wasn't going anywhere until I said so. Grip never felt this good.

Nothing logged for a month! Spent 11 days in Cyprus

175kg 4x4 deadlift maybe 60 seconds rest. Forgot chalk

Think i hit a 155kg easy single the other day on squats, plus few sets of leg press, then did some other stuff which I've forgotten by now. Had a bicep/tricep session too.
