DEAD Front squats 137.5kg x 1 Paused at the bottom - max Deadlift 217.5kg. Came up OK, held at top for about 10-15 seconds until I put it down. Bar wasn't going anywhere until I said so. Grip never felt this good. | ||

Had a bicep/tricep session too. Wednesday 13th July Sumo deadlift, about 30 odd seconds rest between sets 180kg x 4 no belt or chalk 180kg x 4 no belt or chalk 180kg x 4 no belt or chalk 185kg x 5 belted OH WG rows from floor 95kg x 8 105kg x 8 115kg x 8 UH grip Seated rows 98.5kg x 8 with fat grips 98.5kg x 8 with fat grips 105kg x 5? 8? Another set too? Pullups with fat grips 8 - easy 8 - hard 5, plus another half | ||
