Today, whilst fishing, I thought to myself for the past 4 or so years, I have ONLY been with single moms. My current girlfriend is mum to a 6 year old girl.

My part is AWESOME for backpacker types. Woods, mushrooms, fishing, plenty berries/fruits to pick.

Did some deadlifts
140kg for 5 easy triples, but i seem to have lost a lot of speed

Seated rows - 3-4 sets of 10 or so reps

Lat pulldowns - as above

Bent over rows - as above

Friday 7x5@80%

Add 2.5kg per week. There are NO 1.25kg plates in Cyprus, so I will just bend some leftover rebar steel weighing 1.25kg each.

Spent 3 sessions last week doing 4x9@70-75%

Bad knee pain, hobbling about. Zero leg drive. I tried and I could only get drive out of one leg, so didn't use any. Diet not been amazing these past 1-2 days, not been eating much so didn't know if I would get all the reps.

First rep paused on all sets.

90kg x 7 - maybe another set or two there, doubt there was another rep in the tank on the last set. Had I had some leg drive for these sets, there might have been. Who knows.
