Thanks, Jonny. I'm not exactly young myself, so by default most women my age are MILFs.

Business isn't too great. I had am interview yesterday for a reception job, and might open the gym for groups (5-6pm, 6-7pm etc.)

finmgers crossed things turn out ok , am i right in thinking you own the land and built the gym with your sevings ? so if you had to you can just live in the gym and maybe eat some weights / use for firewood ?

Technically, my gran owns the land, and she also technically and legally owns the building. She turned 90 in May, so I need to get it signed over into my name, but my dad will be a pain in the ass.

I might apply for some remote/online work in the UK instead. Pay UK tax, but meh.

I have my own bedroom in here, and I have planted potatoes, leeks, carrots, beetroot, lettuce, brocolli....

Deadlift day, partner wanted to try a max, so i went for it too.
190 easy single, 210 fail. 1 pullup, bicep hurt
Few sets of hammer curls with 7.5kg dumbbells, not too bad
Triceps.

Thursday - shoulder press, no back support
