Got the Rona on Sunday, positive confirmation via antigen and PCR on Monday. Been in lockdown since Monday, isolating, with a tracking device.

Thursday - Finally managed to get my arse 5 metres over to the bench

Sometimes I load weights on a pin and attach a. Ring to it 2 finger tuft. But some fingers like the pinky are much weaker!

First session back in London for quite some time. Been keeping myself busy with extreme gardening - cutting down trees, pulling out tree roots and stumps, carrying cinder blocks.

Joined my local gym. 60% of people are on their phone at any given time. I also flick the dumbbells off that aren't in their place like it's in my own place. Only gripe is that the platform isn't good for sumo deadlift in socks, the floor is kinda uneven so the bar rolls off, and the bars are all 29mm or more so it's more like a fat bar. Makes it hard to grip the bar with any weight. All the more reason to do grip work. Oh, and only one bench.

Finch! I had a dream of you a few weeks ago. Not sure if it was coffee, McDonald's or both!
I sold the gym equipment and flooring, and hoping to make it an awesome holiday home/retirement home.
With regards to London for good, I am intending on working here for 6-8 months or so, go back to Cyprus for a month, then rinse and repeat for a few years until I have enough money to retire. Hoping to retire in about 5 years.
Don't know if I will buy a property over here and rent it out, let them pay my mortgage for me plus overpayments.
