Front squat 100 x 6 (plus 6 back squats superset)
Dumbell seated press 10 - 30 in 5kg jumps x 10
Chins x 3 (5 sets)

Rear shoulder machine, calf machine - I’m also doing single leg extensions between all sets of squats, which massively helps my leg pain.

Some back pain yesterday so the plan today was to keep the form good on everything and weight moderate


Squats 140 (leg extensions and abductions inbetween sets)
Dumbell press 30 x 5
Cable rows
Bench 120

Lots of other stuff/fluff - rear machine flyes, singles on chins, ab roller and some stretching

Ab roller x 5

Lots of leg machine work before and between sets of squats - this is massively reducing leg pain.

Yesterday was pause squats 100 x 6 and 140 normal squats
Today was 140 and 142 squats

Yesterday Seated Dumbell press 35 x 6 and today was 35 x 6 and 40 x 3 (felt like more was there but I lost the line)

Yesterday was cable rows and today was machine rows

I’m enjoying the daily stuff - squats feel nearly good

Still daily squatting up to 140 - nothing exciting of note.
Dumbell seated presses are at a comfortable 35 x reps and 40 x 3
Benched today to 120
Other stuff most days too (rows etc)
