Even with 8kg each hand, trying to keep the wrist straight when the bell was way out in front was tough. Love the grip work you get to do whilst powerharrying. Want one of those Terry Hollands backs. 30 chin ups weighing 180kg and all that nonsense. I believe that peeled ginger in the angus may be called figging or something similar. I have a pal called gus and I write songs about him all the time.This was todays installment. | ||

Really optimistic currently AXLE SPEED SQUATS 7 sets of 3 reps with 70kg (in video) AXLE STRICT PRESS 3 sets of 6 reps with 60kg Thought I would have a tester and see how far away from 80 I am. Still a good bit of work yet. | ||

Even though the top end strength isn't as good as it was, somehow the speed is greater. Naturally I think we all decelerate at the top of a squat to avoid jumping. I still try to avoid jumping but try to keep at least a little more speed with the bar to a degree where it can be safely caught. Also, speed squats really help my body with mobility and stuff. The light weight seems to help with finding the bottom but not so low as to bounce. | ||
