have you tried strict pressing with a vaseline or avocado in your angus to enhance performance?

Not with an avocado but I have heard on solid recommendation that peeled ginger in the nipsy gets you going.

ALL EXERCISES TODAY DONE BUILDING UP IN SETS OF 5 WITH NO REST FROM THE LOWEST WEIGHT.

WIDE GRIP LAT PULLS
3 sets of 5 reps with 80 odd kg

LOW ROW MACHINE ONE ARM
3 sets of alternate arms for 5 reps with 49kg

LOW CABLE ROW
1 set of 5 reps with 69kg

FACE PULLS
1 set of 5 reps with ??

TRICEP CABLE EXTENSIONS
5 reps with 18kg

SEATED HAMMER CURLS
5 reps with 14kg

KETTLEBELL TRICEP EXT
5 reps with 12kg

KETTLEBELL WRIST HEAVY BICEP CURLS.
5 reps with 8kg bells

REAR DELT MACHINE
5 reps with 54lbs

Beginning to enjoy assistance and the constant work from entering the gym to leaving. I'm never not lifting for more than 20 seconds. Finding grip strength is improving as a result.

Thank you gentlemans.
Hardest thing of the day waz the kettlebell curls. Even with 8kg each hand, trying to keep the wrist straight when the bell was way out in front was tough. Love the grip work you get to do whilst powerharrying.

Want one of those Terry Hollands backs. 30 chin ups weighing 180kg and all that nonsense.

I believe that peeled ginger in the angus may be called figging or something similar.

I have a pal called gus and I write songs about him all the time. This was todays installment.

Fast as hell skwoots.

My squatting has been less than dynamic.

I think I will try and mimic your attempts to launch the bar skywards.

Yo big D!
Been doing speeds about every 4 days now for quite a while. Even though the top end strength isn't as good as it was, somehow the speed is greater.

Naturally I think we all decelerate at the top of a squat to avoid jumping. I still try to avoid jumping but try to keep at least a little more speed with the bar to a degree where it can be safely caught.

Also, speed squats really help my body with mobility and stuff. The light weight seems to help with finding the bottom but not so low as to bounce.
