Cheers mate, felt good today which bench hasn't felt good recently.
Next week weight goes up and so do amount of sets so should be fun.

week 2 day 1

Back feeling much better but decided not to squat or deadlift as didn't want to aggravate it so waiting till Wednesday.

15 sets of each @ 79% so 185kg squat, 130kg bench, 180kg dead this week with 4+ reps each set so makes sense 3 days of each 5 sets.

Yesterday was.....
Bench 5x4+ @130kg
set 1 was 5
set 2 was 6
set 3 was 4 (worst set)
set 4 was 5
set 5 was 4

Bench feeling good and really good off chest, triceps tiring so the lockout was the bad point but happy overall apart from 3rd set which was s**te.

Rear delt flyes 3x8 16kg

face pulls 3x12

hammer curls 24kgx8 24kgx10 26kgx7

shrug dbell 40kg 3x12

Week 2 day 2.

Back felt good to squat so gave it a go.
Set 1,2,3,4,5 @79% 185kg 4+ reps

Set 1, 6
set 2, 6
set 3, 5
set 4, 4
set 5, 4

All felt good and no back pain. Set 5 was going for 6 reps but lost line on third and it ended up being an accidental pause squat so that f**ked that up. only another 10 sets of squats to go this week.

Bench was sets 6,7,8,9,10 @79% 130kg

Set 6, 6
set 7, 5
set 8, 4
set 9, 4
set 10, 5

Harder then Mondays as fatigued but all moved pretty well. 5 sets left this wewk.

Was going to deadlift today but ran out of time so deadlifting tomorrow and will do my accessory work from today tomorrow.

Week 2 day 3

was just going to be deadlifts today 5x4+ @190kg
just went nice and easy with 5x4

decided to finish my benching for the week with sets 11,12,13,14,15 4+ reps 130kg

set 11x5
set 12x4
set 13x4
set 14x4
set 15x4

I was f**ked tbf and the 4 reps on bench today then the 6 reps from the other sessions but it was my third day benching this week and 2nd in a row.

After bench i did my chest accessories

incline dbell press 40kg 3x6
dips bw 3x10
flat flyes slow with a pause at the bottom 12kg 3x12
tricep overhear ext cable stack 3x8

was f**ked on the accessory work and it was one of hardest sessions mainly as i think i dint plan to do benching and chest today, but saying that it was one of the most satisfying sessions ive done and feel like i achieved more in this session then any in a long time.

Week 2 day 5

squats 2 days in a row today was sets 11-15 same weight 185kg

set11= 8 reps which is a rep pb which i was shocked with after squatting yesterday and my legs where fried
set12= 4 reps
set13= 5 reps
set14= 5 reps
set15= 4 reps

deads 100kg 5x4

snatch grip shrug 100kgx10 140kgx8 140kgx8

week 2 down 2 weeks left until honeymoon.
After these 2 weeks i feel bigger then ever with the volume and accessory work, massive emphasis on chest and biceps as i always emphasise on back so mixing round a bit and feeling it.
