Week 3 day 1

Did a 7 mile hike yesterday in the lakes yesterday so wasn't expecting much today!
This week I have to do
20 sets of squats 3+ reps 192.5kg
20 sets of dead 3+ reps 135kg
10 sets of dead 2+ reps 197.5kg
10 sets dead 2 reps 100kg

So today decided to do all 3

Squats sets 1-5 192.5kg
Set 1x5 reps
Set 2x4 reps
Set 3x7 reps (PB)
Set 4x3 reps
Set 5x3 reps

Think no hike and would have got 8 reps on 3rd set possibly.
Sets 4 and 5 was f**ked after 3rd set!

Bench was sets 1-5 135kg

Set 1x5 reps (matched PB)
Set 2x4 reps
Set 3x4 reps
Set 4x3 reps
Set 5x4 reps

Bench was hard and kept losing line and tightness. Some days feels good some bad.

Deads sets 1-5 2+ reps 197.5kg
Set 1x2
Set 2x2
Set 3x2
Set 4x2

Decided to do bare minimum on sets 1-4 just to save for final set rather then burn out! Felt good tbh.

Rear delt flyes 3x8

Hammer curls 3x8

Bar curls 3x8

Love this new program and the volume is paying of and squats feel stronger each session and rep pbs show that!

Mate i love it. Always like the coaches programs but this has been the most enjoyable one yet so far. Feel stronger already and can see change in body already as well with extra accessory work. Great base for next year. Got this week and next and then start it again but for 9 weeks after week off.

Felt heavy and disgusting last night and really had to grind everything out. Worked my first early in over a week so putting it down to tiredness.

Bench 135kg sets 6-10 3+ reps

set 6x4
set 7x4
set 8x4
set 9x3
set 10x4

Lost line every rep and again felt heavy and pretty wank again put it down to tiredness hopefully today goes better.

deads 100kg sets 1-5 2 reps
