So this week is a bit of fun but can't wait to get back to the grind

Yesterday
Hammer strength shoulder press 4x8
Lat raise 4x10
Incline plate raise 4x10
Standing plate raise 3x15

Today
Bent over row 4x10
Seated row 4x8
Dbell row 3x10 2x12
Calf raise 3x15
Dbell shrug 5x10
Snatch grip shrug 3x15

Can't wait to get back to it! Different package coming for feb.

So going into last comp I've struggled heavy bench due to an injury.
Anyway I felt good on the day knowing I wasn't going to bench at my best but gave 160kg a go (which was more then expecting)
Here is a video of the 160kg I failed and I have to say I do think the hold at the top was very long. I would honestly prefer a longer pause at the bottom then top. Interesting to see Pete's views on this length hold as he is a ref himself and is in fact side ref on this occasion .
