SSB Squats - 3 x 3 x 105kg
Seated SSB Good Mornings - 3 x 20 x 65kg
Leg Press - 4 x 10 adding 50kg a time per work set
5 second pause squats with 100kg
RDLs - 10 x 50, 70, 90, 110kg
Abs - 3 x 30

The SSB is the absolute worst for me in terms of my weaknesses.

The paused squats felt as good as I have ever done; which was odd after doing all the stuff beforehand. It felt like it took an entire workout to get my hips loose; and msucles firing in the right order.

High Bar Squats - 3 x 5 x 105kg
SSB Seated Good Mornings - 3 x 20 x 67.5kg
Bench - up to 102.5kg (PR)
Lat Pull-downs

First time benching since the 6th September.

Seems all I have to do is not do an exercise for 6 weeks to get better at it!!

As long as you make a mental/physical effort toward progressing, the worst you can do is drop a couple in strength. Your always thinking and on the move dan. There is no time for weakness.

Congrats on the bench PB. I for one am not at all surprised. -I thought your 80KGish? Military pressing must make you good for more than 100.

Thanks very much.

SSB Squats - Used a 15kg plate each side; along with 25kg per side of kettlebells each side suspended on bands.
A horribly hard way of lifting 3 x 105kg.

SSB Squats - 10 x 75kg

Abs - 100 reps
Back Extensions - 100 reps
Leg Extensions - 3 x 10
More Abs - 100 reps.

I have slacked OH press lately because of my PL meet soon. I got to do bench tonight but watching election. I was at a Trump rally at the airport by my house. Crazy stuff. Perhaps I'll watch the news and play with my sledge? Down that lonesome gym I stare at the wall hoping for an answer...
