A member for 10 years and still no mouldy peanuts Member 1252, 4481 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 215485.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | SSB Squats - 3 x 3 x 105kg Seated SSB Good Mornings - 3 x 20 x 65kg Leg Press - 4 x 10 adding 50kg a time per work set 5 second pause squats with 100kg RDLs - 10 x 50, 70, 90, 110kg Abs - 3 x 30 The SSB is the absolute worst for me in terms of my weaknesses. The paused squats felt as good as I have ever done; which was odd after doing all the stuff beforehand. It felt like it took an entire workout to get my hips loose; and msucles firing in the right order. | ||
