paused box squat to parallel 120k x5 RPE9 102.5k 5/5
pin press from 5" off chest 95kx5 RPE9 82.5k 5/5

didn't eat enough tonight which made it hard but i hit my target reps .

tonight 1 hour of Muay thai , really good session faking leg kicks , checking leg kicks and then putting it all together with some light sparring great fun.

power cleans up to 82.5kx5 a bit ropey , need to drop the weight for a while.

deadlift on 20mm block 170kx5 145kx5 145kx5

pin press chin height 65kx5 too heavy should have gone for 62.5k 52.5k x5/5

felt a bit tired tonight so pleased to hit the target reps.

this morning 45 minutes fartlek with the dogs , went too hard for the first 20 minutes and f**ked myself ruined by the end of it , and to make matters worse on the way back I picked up a sloppy dog s**t and the bag burst and i got dog s**t on my hands!

no power cleans tonight as the back feels a little frail.

at the moment I am ,i'm following a program designed by AMH and its based on RPE , I'm enjoying just following the program without having to think too much

last proper stich I got was during the blackpool half marathon and I had to really work hard n concentrate to get thru it ...... f**king unexplainable horror !!

1 hour of muay thai , elbow combinations , technically quite difficult , I definitely looked like the beginner I am.

ha ha yes mate they are allowed , my beaky nose wouldn't stand too many I suspect!Grin

power cleans up to 70k 3x3 really struggled to hold onto the bar on the way back down tonight.

overhead pin press chin height 60kx5 rpe8

ran out of time to do the down sets.
