Thanks Al! It's going to get brutal again. I'm prepping up for frozen time. Had the leave blower guy here. He's a powerlifter. There are many powerlifter here, but few strongman lifters. This group of dudes here know of me, but never met me. They are zooming into my gym. It's a place where you can do what you need to get your training done even on hold as and late sundays.

Superset grip machine x 100 x 3 rapid fire like a rat in a wheel at midnight.
My outsde cats been bringing me moles at the temp drops. They not dare enter my gym. I leave Ms. STAR in there overnight, that mouse will never make it through the night. Add her brother Mr.STARBUCKS gone in an hour.

They have never done it they don't understand what it means to lift ,it takes over as I say to my wife better than spending my time in the pub I go to the gym instead. I will never stop on the iron road my friend never

The road of iron. I had a gym and lost a gym . Now I have a gym, but I made it on my property. I don't hang out with my friend unless they come here to train. My wifey can't understand how I when she met me was all over the place. The last 4 years if I'm not working, I'm in my gym in silence is where you'll find me. Even when I'm not training I'm in the gym. I find no amusement in socializing with people who do not train.

Freezing in garage. Used no heat. I don't know why. If my friend wouldn't of came over, I would not lift and feel guilty.
Got to pick up the pace. What is too much what is too little if you can't get a little cause you can't get enough because your tired but maybe soft who knows

Keeping it heated, but not making it mince meat yet. Hopefully this will create a base over time so I won't get injured. The plan is to slowly bump it up to be conditioned to do 550 for 5 without having anxiety about it.

Heat pads purchased and a strong regime: 600mg ibuprofen 4 times daily, 1000mg paracetamol 4 x daily,repeat till day 5 then deadlift I return.

Never again, these resolutions are only for average gulls..not for Johnathon Wink

Knee hurts from deadlifting yesterday. Slightly swollen. Doctor said I am a candidate for a full knee replacement. Yeah right! Not yet doc. I believe that as long as your careful I'll be fine. Kind of scared though, but I have no regrets and won't live wondering. If it breaks it breaks. Blahaaaa evil laugh...
