Bench was in use so hit the declines first.
The niggle in the previously injured shoulder continues which worryingly pinches a nerve and causes a slight loss of control.

Shoulders, calves and cardio.

Shrugs are fine, OH presses moderately painful, lat raises not possible.

Deads Sumo
Lots of reps and sets
Calves, hamstrings

First session since the comp, said I was going to tale a week off but got the itches.
Decided I'm going to give sumo deads a proper try due to my persistent lower back issues.
I've watched a few videos on the technique and attempted them tonight but I have quite a bit to learn, I went up to singles at 180 but really shouldn't have as my left hip started to hurt. I need to drop the weight back and allow my muscles and joints the time to adapt to this move.

Quite happy really but my left lower back niggle feels like it's becoming more than a niggle.

All done no belt, no chalk.
Lower back niggle continues and was aggravated further tonight.
220's felt comfortable although painful, the 240 was just too sore so didn't continue beyond 1.

Planned to increase by 10 kg again over the previous week but you have to fail at some point.
Didn't feel good tonight and my lower back is still a problem, carried on with the partials until it got too sore, need to get it seen to.
Still going with beltless no wraps and try again next week.
