cheers i guess Grin Will, aye man, leg drive feels like is there but the arms/shoulders are basically useless. Lost tons of strength there.

Forgot to add, yesterday: 3 hr walk in the peak district. Solid walk, nice setting.

Today:

SUGDEN CENTRE

good stuff, nailed 30 mins of crosstrainer intervals, some rehab, rows and guns, and of course YOGA! Yoga was pretty hardcore today with tons of shoulder work.

Olympic sports gym tomorrow, and some clean & jerk should be in order...
