Changing the plan slightly for a better taper for the comp. Higher intensity but no repping out etc

Then its back to the Cube for another 5 weeks before a 9 week taper for the English.

Left shoulder is very tight in the scapula area, causing shoulder/bicep pain. Must roll these to death, theyre horrid to roll. Stretch also.

Thanks matey. Better than the 3s i did the other day, i think im better suited to low rep range in general although i can bang a few out on squats haha.
