Post Edited: 15.04.2015 @ 14:53 PM by Tom1989 Outdoor workout today due to this amazing weather good session with a few people ; just call it team bonding Followed a good workout Warm up drill : Speed forward High knees Butt kickers Carioca- side step, (one foot in front of the other) Arm swings Hip swings -hold onto something sturdy (so I held onto a peach butt) Forward walking lunge Line Drills Forward jumps Squat jumps Pushups Side Drop Lunge Cool down-light jog and basically a prance around All fun and games today Really enjoyed this outdoor workout Good efforts by the team as well back to weights tomorrow | |||
