Thanks Pete!
It would be easy for me to worry about not lifting huge amounts of weights or worry that if I trained specifically for weightlifting I could be improved.
However I have actually succeed in that field and although still have the potential to do so again I purposely wish to achieve a different balance of values with wellness being a major one
On that note...
Monday
Cycle workout... Peak 175 BPM
And one fitness class.
So far I'm up to 90 minutes of exercise with an average of 130bpm and 1,200 calories nailed

Very motivating to read mate
Well done
Keep up the good work
I'm just on my way to the gym now for a quick session before going out for much needed fatty food Happy

Just woke up
Fitting wardrobes can be fun!
At least that's what the guy who does my ironing says! Wink
Speaking of hired help I was watching some short movies the other day on a website not dissimilar to YouTube when I familiar face popped up on the screen. It was some woman who comes to my local gym! winning!!!
Thankfully I completely accidentally have saw her quite a few times this week and we have in common Grin

Haha that's good mate
Good luck on that

Absolutely
Oddly enough as a group of people we were all very much out of our comfort zones for the entire session
I have made further personal notation on what I did in the gymnastics sessions as well as progressions and considerations

Awesome
Sounds like it all worked well mate
