I really ought to start saving up. well the way ive done it neil is im selling my discs seperate on ebay the 25s 20s as singles,and the 10s in twos all buy it now also i have d,bells bars and all the smaller weights to sell reckon ill clear £200 this way,olympic weights paid for | ||

addicted to bench press, needs help Member 80, 1384 posts SQ 175, BP 160, DL 240575.0 kgs @ 113kgs UnEq | 28-6-07 well got finished early at work today and went to collect my olympic weights was buying 200k discs and a 6ft 15k bar the weights they had given me included 5x20ks so i asked for an extra one at £20 more £180 total,the young fella in the warehouse wasent to great at maths and i got 240ks in discs and a 20k 7ft bar result dident realy train today but had to have a go of my new kit. bench 5x60k 4x80k 4x100k 5x110k http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=LhhRNUEQyc8 note the rarther expensive power belly its days are numberd lost 3.5k in 4days due to no booze and takeaways at silly oclock,my old standard weights are selling well on ebay and will make more than what i paid for olympic stuff,already orderd a oly curl bar and d,bells,next stop power rack | ||

still a cock Member 55, 1213 posts SQ 50, BP 25, DL 55130.0 kgs @ 0.1kgs UnEq | well you are suppose to sit back a little but you are sitting far back,then rocking forward before coming up, the idea is to come up exactly where stop when you sit back, if your mid section are not strong enough, then you're going to fold over before coming up.....as for the speed thing, box squats can be used for speed training or max effort, either way one should always strive to be as fast and explosive at all times. | ||
