Neil, you need to learn.

Shed the pounds = Trenbolone & Human Growth Hormone, I lost bodyfat while still eating 6000+kcals and about 300g of chedder a day.

Drugs are the best!

well james thats the idea of this. i think it would be a good thing to add is as each set would last around 90 secs which in most strongman comps is the time limit. so if you could work on this then to slowly increase the weight and still maintain the 90 secs or better then it can only benefit you come comp time

It would definitely be beneficial for strongman conditioning IMO Neil

Certianly wouldn't do any harm giving it a crack

sorry matt, still i need to loose some body weight before and if i start, call it a goal to get under 150kgs and keep it like that

I wouldbnt do that because i couldnt complete the whole thing with proper intensity. Plus sets of 6 are weird.
People who do that must have a 6RM deadlift close to 100k i guess.

What about

clean pulls, 5 sets of 3's @ 120% of you best clean
supersetted with powercleans at about 80%max for 5sets of 3's!?

Looks like far too much hard work, even if I just used 45 kg as suggested. Even back when I was crazily fit I hated circuits though, always ended up feeling nearly dead before I was halfway through.
