Bored with deadlifts tbh, just want to clean and snatch. Will most likely stick with it till the end though. RSR probably isn't helping but whatever. Snatch 20kg - 35kg, multiple reps 40kg x 1 45kg x 1 47kg x 1 = PB, will count this as my first official PB. 40kg x 3 40kg x 2 Snatch is feeling much better, looking to gradually creep up the 1rm, will do 50-55 in tomorrows weightlifting session, and then back off with some reps at 40-45kg. ...................................................................................................................................... 2nd Session Back and Bicep bro sesh tonight | ||
