Ed Coan Deadlift Routine - Week 4

165kg x 3, was meant to be 5 triples but I really couldn't be bothered. Bored with deadlifts tbh, just want to clean and snatch. Will most likely stick with it till the end though. RSR probably isn't helping but whatever.

Snatch
20kg - 35kg, multiple reps

47kg x 1 = PB, will count this as my first official PB.

Snatch is feeling much better, looking to gradually creep up the 1rm, will do 50-55 in tomorrows weightlifting session, and then back off with some reps at 40-45kg.
