not particularly well educated Member 85, 10990 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | not really going to be much strength training in here , but in light of all the cycling logs i thought i'd keep mine here as well. tonight : back squat : 60k 5 sets of 10 1mins rest between sets circuit of: 20 step ups 1st 2 steps of the stairs with 10k dumbbells kettlebell swings x30 26k kettlebell sprints up the stairs jog back recovery x5 3 rounds 1mins rest between rounds calf raises dumbbell curls. enjoyed that , only took 50 mins and It definitely felt like I did some work. | ||

I'll need to do a few 10ks first. when is it? | ||
