not really going to be much strength training in here , but in light of all the cycling logs i thought i'd keep mine here as well.
tonight :
back squat : 60k 5 sets of 10 1mins rest between sets
circuit of:
20 step ups 1st 2 steps of the stairs with 10k dumbbells
kettlebell swings x30 26k kettlebell
sprints up the stairs jog back recovery x5
3 rounds 1mins rest between rounds
calf raises
dumbbell curls.
enjoyed that , only took 50 mins and It definitely felt like I did some work.

Good luck Ed. There's something fresh about a new start. I think you can get gunz of doom, but I think you'll need a car to destroy BOAR over 10k

dumbell push press 30k 5
dip bodyweight 10/10/10
curcuit of sprints up stairs x10 press ups x30 only 2 rounds as the kids went to bed and the wife told me I had to stop ( was meant to be 3 rounds but I was happy to have the excuse to stop )

I know its a long way to go but I am deffo doing the blackpool half marathon next year would be good to see you suffer

yes its a very long way to go , I have done a half marathon before though so with a bit of training i should make it round. I'll need to do a few 10ks first.

what i meant for slightly fasted was I ate my lunch at 12 and I trained at 7.30 and i didnt eat anything in between.
