You do understand how synthol is used by pro's ? From what I understand there are 2 uses for synthol either to instantly bring up a lagging area eg a few days out from comp say a delt or something like that where the oil just sits there and until absorbed back into the body this is where you get guy looking like balloons ready to pop The other method is by training a muscle to absolute failure for example whatch one of rich's arm workouts train the muscle as much as possible causing as much damage to the fibres as possible then inject synthol direct into the area this massively increases the build up of scare tissue in the muscle itself increasing the actual size of the muscle eventually the oil is absorbed leaving behind the scar tissue This may not be the case and just brosciance But this is what I have been told by guy who works very closely with ifbb pro bbers | ||

When they give you that look and tilt their head to one side they are studying the side of your face that has all the tell tail signs of a big fat fibber. Not sure which side it is. I never tell my dogs any lies and they have no reason to suspect that I am. Is this ability a poker skill that has developed Paul or more of a natural attribute? | ||
