Ive got the thors and they are brilliant, really stiff so these must be like a cast!

I have the thors too, and while the wrap itself is really solid, the velcro started giving within 6 weeks (of being worn for one or two sets a week), and now it won't hold at all. That being said, any old sweat band over the top holds them tight so no big deal.

The velcro on Strength Shop wraps are a bit s**t after a while; mine lasted over a year though. I love the actual wrap material, but had to ditch them for more expensive wraps with better velcro.

I'm poor but start salaried teacher training in september, so these will do for now ?

Used the strength shop Thor ones, really liked them but the Velcro ran out after around 10 months. Just bought some Mark Bell Gangsta wraps, only had one session in them, but very optimistic about them. There really stiff and had no wrist discomfort all session.

Also the Velcro is around 3 times longer than the strength shop ones. Not ragging atall on the SS wraps, just throwing another option out there to consider

I have the Odins and rate them very highly, so much so I recently convinced my training partner to invest in a pair. I cant recommend them strongly enough.

I too had the Thors and while they were very good and very secure, the velcro started going after about a year as well and they would sometimes just burst open while benchpressing.
