Have done 15 strongman competitions - what do you think?

Ive competed in and loaded/ref'd/helped out at more than that and I've never come across one.

I will assume yes based on your childish answer, what weights/reps have you achieved. Seriously curious to see how you relate carpet lifitng to measurable gym lifts.

I do not wish to discuss this

That's really weird as there's a viking press at load of strongman gyms i been to and even two regular local gyms have one. My best is 140kg for i think 5?? Or maybe 150kg i cant remember to be honest but it doesnt mean much as far as figuring the weight since the setup is different on every viking press so only two ways to do it. One, weigh it, two, what it feels like compared to a bar.

It was childish because you are pointlessly questioning what i say when i have no reason to lie.

You lift carpets pal, you DO NOT viking press in your job.

I open hundreds of doors a day yet do not claim I do grip workouts as gainful employment.

Your very confused. How is a quad bike being on the setup any different than a carpet? It's a viking press regardless of how the weight is provided.

A carpet is a carpet. A quad bike on a viking press is a viking press. A carpet on a viking press is a viking press. A carpet is a carpet.

Seated leg curl
- to 250lb x 6 pb drop 130lb x 6

Hip abductor
- to 220lb x 12

Single leg extension
- to 130lb x 10/10 pb

Bent over dumbbell laterals
- 20kg's rest pause set

Seated dumbbell curls (slow)
- 14kg's x ??

Going to rest till next week now, feeling a bit burnt out. Was happy to do the stack on leg curls, hamstrings are not a huge weakness anymore.

Weird. There is/was one at osg, one at whey consortium, one at titans, and one at two local gyms that are within 20 mins of me. Thought they were pretty normal.

The journal saga goes on. -I'm also keenly awaiting updates on big squats/deads & regular benches. -I expect you will manage some Paul as you've already moved some pretty big weights and it's clear from your training that you're getting stronger. Whatever the exercises are they're still a benchmark of your strength if you're doing the same exercises over a period of time.

On the subject of non gym going people in manual jobs being strong, I remember working in a factory which had old-school production methods (Moulton Brown) and the ingredients for the potions we were mixing had to be poured by hand from drums (up to I think 80 gallons in size) into a mixing vat which was shoulder height. Needless to say the guys working there were all pretty strong.

I've got my 7th comp in a couple of weeks and it's the first one with Viking press.
