what are you hoping to get in the coming months as far as lifts go aaron ?

I could tell you fancied a go at a 1 rep max on the deads the other day but alan said to leave it for another day, should be 200++

Was really up for this session, 190x3 the first 2 flew up and the last werent too bad, no elbow pain, Alan said i can do singles next week Grin after this a searing pain went through left shoulder/trap, can even lift my arm now. The bench was good, if i lower it smooth and quick then there is no problem with my elbows its just when it gets jerky it hurts.

aaron, i have a minor problem with next sat - if you want to come down with me n bob then your gonna have to get the train to leyland station - im not gonna get home from work intime to come over to bolton to get you, wigan (jeff)and he lives down that way and will be picking pete up from tyldsley so it might be worth asking him, but i will take you with pleasure, you just need to be at leyland station @ 12

Good day today despite not wearing my own squat shoes because i forgot them, had a little trouble walking 195 and 200 out but felt much more comfortable with 205.

Have altered my bench technique, im trying to push the bar in a striaght line instead of letting it drift backwards over my face, felt powerful. Back has been a little sore from monday, well more like my tailbone i think, will be fine for deads on thursday.
