Do you find yourself change your mind often though? There's something to be said for the satisfaction of a goal, even if you've gotten there via stuff you don't like doing.

I stopped powerlifting and started bodybuilding training.

I eat 6 meals a day consisting mainly of chicken and brown rice. I'm lean and aesthetically my best ever.

I'm sick of it!


I have a 'thing' on the 3rd of March which I intend to be around 6% Bodyfat for. When it's out the way I'm probably going to go to a bodybuilding/powerlifting hybrid program which allows cheat food as and when I want it.

Bodybuilding and getting 'jacked' requires far too much discipline.
Powerlifting and getting fat requires not enough discipline. It's a lazy mans sport.

Power building is the best of both worlds in my opinion.
Two cheat days a week. Sexy muscles. Brute strength. Win.

This thread saddens me.

Mostly because I consider most of the contributors stacked as hell compared to my weedy self! If you're not happy with how you look I should be very concerned Unhappy
