I looked at at Marc Cherry comp, pretty sure I could get my name down but looking at the events it wouldn't be fair. Keeping my eyes peeled for an inter comp but just need to bite the built and do something above novice. I'd guess that's how you feel as well.


Iv seen an inters comp advertised I think it's in August, I think I was on face book ill find the link and send u it. I really want to aim for the southern qualifier next year.

Very nice mate, that's a lot of work considering you've just done a comp. Thanks for the link btw, I'm just checking out if I can do it or not. The Mrs has 2 weddings booked in for August one on the 3rd but I'm unsure about the other one.

Hopefully once im back on my diet etc the weights will start flying back up because my push press felt really difficult today and the strict press wasn't to bad lost a few KG's of strength but im sure that wont take long to get back.

ARMS

Nothing spectacular tonight a lot of curling and tricep push downs etc just to finish the week off. Time for plenty of rest and recovery over the weekend and might even dust off the foam roller lol.

New diet starts Monday nice and clean now ( No chocolate Unhappy ) and training starts to hopefully compete successfully in the Open category.

I think you're wise to throw in some fitness so many guys get gassed at comp. Actually I'm one of them.
