Cheers mate. Erm it's honestly hard to say. I squatted 242.5 in wraps and gad dine 232.5 in sleeves. I've only just started using them more as going anything over 220 without wraps is very painful on my knee. Plus I compete with them so makes more sense. I wound definitely recommended using them
