planks with weight , db side bends to work the obliques the supporting muscles to the abs, front squats are a good idea , also prolonged yoking works well , for you about 180kg x 15m x 6 lengths , 15 sec rest inbetween sets should help a fair bit

keep meaning to try this "plank" idea. Never get round to it.

At end of squatting i like a heavy heavy rack out, stand there for atleast a minute. This seems to work my core well enough. Defo advise planks alot of guys doing them these days.

sorry missed the overhead part , I had major issues with that but came up very fast by holding a couple reps a workout in lockout for a couple extra secs really forcing head forward holding it their, just enough weight to get you shaking a bit on planks and start off with 20's on side bends couple sets 15's

Ian, have you got access to a GHR apparatus?

Sit-ups on the GHR are great. Hold a plate behind your head to make them harder.

A perfectly time thread! Happy

One of the key things I need to sort out to!

I was also recommended to try some more beltless squats and deads to help with the core stability - but I have yet to try this at the heavier (relatively Tongue ) weights
