Member 786, 2077 posts SQ 262, BP 155, DL 300717.0 kgs @ 122kgs UnEq | planks with weight , db side bends to work the obliques the supporting muscles to the abs, front squats are a good idea , also prolonged yoking works well , for you about 180kg x 15m x 6 lengths , 15 sec rest inbetween sets should help a fair bit

At end of squatting i like a heavy heavy rack out, stand there for atleast a minute. This seems to work my core well enough. Defo advise planks alot of guys doing them these days.

#IStandByMillsy Member 4287, 2614 posts SQ 300, BP 310, DL 250860.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | A perfectly time thread! One of the key things I need to sort out to! I was also recommended to try some more beltless squats and deads to help with the core stability - but I have yet to try this at the heavier (relatively ) weights
