2 hours climbing up to 6b+. Rib held out well.
Squats
6 reps with 110kg no pain. easy and very fast
LEG PRESS
1 set of 20 reps with 200kg (up 5 reps)
1 set of 15 reps with 220kg
1 set of 10 or 15 I can't remember reps with 240kg
QUAD EXT
3 sets of 6 reps with 35kg
HAM CURL
3 sets of 10 reps with 35kg easy as hell
Went home because I felt ill and my pulse wouldn't drop to normal.
Feel ill tonight. Have pain at top of belly. Not been hungry all day and only ate a toasty this morning.
See what tomorrow brings.

Im telling you wiege the chick's would be eating that stuff up Boyeeeeeeeeee. I am the connection to the in places here. You would be a hit. The only issue would be the misses would not like the night club attention that I could create. That stuff is naturally funny.

Billy. I am glad that you give something to the ladies of your community. You do them a service by moistening their glands. I have no doubt they go back to their menfolk and give them joyous ridings until well after the sun has set.

(found a great method of breathing. helping lots)

CALF RAISE
4 sets of 10 reps with 95kg
SOLEUS RAISE
3 sets of 7 reps with 25kg
BODYWEIGHT DIPS
4 sets of 3 reps with 10 second rests
AWKWARD CHEST PRESS
3 sets of 10 reps with 20kg
WIDEGRIP LAT PULLDOWN
2 sets of 10 reps with 50kg
Called it at that. Used this technique a lot today. Superslow negatives.
